Mr. Ankit Malik, FCA

Ankit Malik is in this profession since 2013. He supervises Personal and Corporate Tax Returns, Goods and Services Tax, Tax Audits, advises on, issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, Corporate Laws, FEMA etc. He is actively involved with the taxation compliance and litigation services offered by the firm.  He also focuses on emerging business laws, transactional law and regulatory compliances in the Corporate Law arena. He is equally engaged in the Corporate Law Advisory Services including formation of different forms of corporate entities be it Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Partnership Firm, One Person Company, etc.
